   In 2020 I was doing some research on the ocean's health as that is something thats on my mind regular. Using youtube to look at documentaries on ocean life, I came across what I thought to be random videos at the time. These videos were highlighting the cruel treatment of whales and dolphins. The gruesome hunting of these mammals by fishermen in certain regions. 
   This painting is my way of showing what I saw when I viewed the harsh way in which these wonderful creatures were killed or captured, the blood filled waters, the splashing, the resisting and fight from creatures that are helpless to the treatment from human beings. 
   In 2021 another documentary came on to highlight these events on Netflix (Seaspiracy) take a look at this documentary and you will feel exactly what this piece is representing.
